The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, a not-for-profit organization, was founded in November 2003 by Kent S. Greenawalt, President of Footlevelers Inc., as he felt a strong need for the entire chiropractic profession to receive positive media representation nationwide. The Foundation's Executive Board is comprised of chiropractic leaders, stakeholders and others. To assist in media relations, The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress enlisted the services of CPR Communications, a full-service strategic marketing communications company specializing in the healthcare industry. The communications firm based out of Elmwood Park, New Jersey offers their services to the Foundation, free of charge. The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress embraces a mission of generating positive press for the chiropractic profession and increasing public awareness to the many benefits associated with chiropractic care. The Foundation's public awareness campaign consists of monthly press releases, advertorials, public service announcements, advertisements (print, radio, television), and partnerships with high profile spokespeople.

Doctors of Chiropractic can make a difference by getting involved in a Speakers Bureau, attending conferences given by your state associations and making presentations about the Foundation and our exciting campaign efforts.

In addition, doctors can spread the word about the benefits of chiropractic and the "Think Again, Think Chiropractic" campaign in their day-to-day interactions with colleagues, patients and others.

You can also get involved by making a Pledge to the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress.
